At Malorie’s Place, the Blessing Shed open 24/ and Blessing Room were created from a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves dignity, peace, and hope—no matter their season in life.
What began as a response to real needs in our community has grown into a sacred space of care. The Blessing Shed stands as a symbol of provision—where donated items are shared freely, without judgment, questions, or conditions. It’s a place where families can find what they need during hard times and feel supported rather than embarrassed. Every item represents generosity, love, and neighbors helping neighbors.
When someone steps into the Blessing Room, they often say they feel it immediately—the calm, the peace, the difference in the atmosphere. This room is more than shelves and supplies; it’s a place to breathe. A place where no one is rushed. A place where kindness leads the way. Volunteers greet each person with warmth, respect, and genuine care, reminding them they are seen, valued, and welcome.
The Blessing Room is open Monday’s 2-5 and exists so that people don’t just receive items—they receive hope. Hope that they are not alone. Hope that tomorrow can be better. Hope that someone cares.
Both spaces reflect the heart of Malorie’s Place: meeting people where they are, loving without limits, and serving without expectation. Whether someone comes in carrying grief, financial strain, recovery struggles, or simply the weight of life, they leave knowing this truth—
There is a seat for you here.
There is kindness for you here.
There is hope for you here.
This is the Blessing Shed.
This is the Blessing Room.
This is a community in action. ![]()
