I have learnened when I'm stress or anxious, I go to my oils (Bergamont, Grief, Dragons Fire, Joy etc.) and disfuse them and I breathe. There are times I do have to withdraw to my room and sit there in quiet peace for a few minutes to about hour. I'm learning not to react or make any decissions when I am in this state. I all so pray for help and God to show me how to not go around this barn again.
